Research Posters for Individuals with HMS Academic Appointments
Individuals with HMS academic appointments presenting their research may represent themselves using the HMS primary logo. Typically, our guidance is that the logo must be substantially separated from all other logos to avoid a range of issues that accompany co-branding. Given that these research posters have a very specific purpose that is widely understood, the logos placed on the poster representing the affiliations of individuals involved in the research must be accompanied by a clarifying statement, such as: “Individuals who contributed to this research hold appointments at the following institutions:”.
