Stationery — HMS Academic Appointees
Individuals with HMS academic appointments may use stationery provided by their employer containing the HMS primary logo when the HMS primary logo is substantially separated from the affiliate institution’s logo by being placed in either corner of the footer. The HMS logo cannot be placed on stationery made independently by an individual, department, or other unit.
Please note that this letterhead should only be used by faculty employed by an affiliate when acting in their institutional roles. While faculty members may use this letterhead containing the HMS logo for research and educational program funding applications to federal and state agencies, federally and state-backed entities, and private foundations, the letterhead containing the HMS logo may not be used to propose a financial relationship with any other third parties with which HMS has no involvement.
