Posters — Institutional
This section is intended to address posters that are created for institutional purposes, such as celebrating an important milestone for the affiliate. All such posters must be sent to: affiliateapprovals@hms.harvard.edu for review.
The use of the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital tag logo in posters related to activities and events held by individual units, departments, centers, etc. introduces uncertainty regarding the institution responsible for the event and, as a result, is unlikely to be approved.
Depending on the content of the poster, it may be important to review page 27 in this manual.
