Stationery — Institutional

Individuals employed by a Harvard Medical School affiliate may use stationery provided by their employer containing the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital logo when the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital logo is scaled down to half the size of the affiliate institution’s logo and is placed on the opposite side of the page or in the footer of the letterhead to create substantial separation between the two logos. 

Please note that this letterhead should only be used by the affiliate institution’s employees when acting in their institutional roles. While employees may use this letterhead containing the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital logo for research and educational program funding applications to federal and state agencies, federally and state-backed entities, and private foundations, the letterhead containing the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital logo may not be used to propose a financial relationship with any other third parties with which HMS has no involvement.
