Scrub Caps

For scrub caps bearing the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital tag logo, the affiliate’s institutional logo should appear on one side of the cap and the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital tag logo should appear on the opposite side of the cap. No additional logos may be included on scrub caps displaying the HMS logo, including logos that are part of the cap’s fabric, and the HMS primary logo cannot be used. No additional information or logos may be added to these garments.

All orders for items bearing the HMS name and/or HMS logos originating from affiliates require advance authorization from affiliateapprovals@hms.harvard.edu. Please note that submissions during high-volume periods may require longer response times.
