General Use Affiliate White Coat — Full Logos

For white coats bearing the affiliate institution’s logo, the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital tag logo must appear on the opposite chest, and it must be sized equally to or smaller than the affiliate institution’s logo. No additional information or logos may be added to these garments.

All orders for items bearing the HMS name and/or HMS logos originating from affiliates require advance authorization from affiliateapprovals@hms.harvard.edu. Please note that submissions during high-volume periods may require longer response times.
