General Use for Affiliate-Based Labs/Centers/Departments — Dual Icons
For jackets and fleeces bearing the affiliate institution’s icon alone instead of its full logo, the HMS shield is permitted provided that there is descriptive text for the lab/center/department included that follows the formatting and sizing guidelines below. No additional information or logos may be added to these garments.
All orders for items bearing the HMS name and/or HMS logos originating from affiliates require advance authorization from affiliateapprovals@hms.harvard.edu. Please note that submissions during high-volume periods may require longer response times.
