General Use for Affiliate-Based labs/centers/ departments—full logos

For jackets and fleeces bearing the affiliate institution’s icon and wordmark, the HMS affiliate or teaching hospital tag logo must appear on the opposite chest, shoulder, or back of the neck, and it must be sized equal to or smaller than the affiliate institution’s logo (not including the descriptive text for the lab/center/department). No additional information or logos may be added to these garments.

Either version of the tag logo may be placed in a variety of locations on the garment as long as it is separated from the main institution’s branding.

All orders for items bearing the HMS name and/or HMS logos originating from affiliates require advance authorization from affiliateapprovals@hms.harvard.edu. Please note that submissions during high-volume periods may require longer response times.
